Pre-loved vintage Isfahan rug from Persia, woven circa 1960 with a classical central medallion design and finely detailed Shah-Abbasi floral arabesques. The elegant red field, soft ivory corners and deep blue border create a refined and highly decorative Persian composition.

Woven on a full silk foundation with superfine Manchester wool pile, this piece shows the precision, balance and fine drawing associated with high-quality Isfahan weaving. A beautiful statement rug for a formal living room, dining room or collector’s interior.
