Tekke Turkaman Rug Location: Persia Size: 175 x 121 cm Date: Circa 1910

This rare and collectable Tekke Turkaman rug was woven in the Quchan area by the esteemed Tekke clan of the Turkaman tribe around 1910. It features an all-wool pile with a remarkable density of 600,000 knots per square meter, showcasing the meticulous craftsmanship and durable quality of traditional Turkaman weaving.
